Hi! I'm Billy.
I am a cybersecurity-conscious person who has been working with computers for most of my life. I understand that computers and cybersecurity can be especially hard subjects for some to fully grasp. That's why I decided to create this site. Well, that and I wanted a platform where I could write my ideas and things that I am interested in.
I want people to better understand the world that is ever-evolving around them so that they can be better informed. Writing (or at least attempting to) in laymen's terms about computers and cybersecurity is what this site is mainly about. I hope that this shallow broadcast to the world makes its way to those who need it most so that we can all truly be better informed about the decisions we make in our day-to-day lives and become better, more informed, participants in the great experiment that is our world today.
Due to my team's small size (me), it is difficult to keep a schedule about when I post. I try my best to post in a timely manner but often fail to stick to our internal timeline due to multiple complications that seem to always arise. That being said, you can follow our Twitter: @ShaloBrodkast to be notified when we publish a new post.
I do my best to write as factually as possible but ultimately, I am human and I make mistakes. The articles on this website are greatly influenced by my inherent bias as are all things written by humans. I link to sources when I can and try my best to ensure that they are credible. The collection of articles and posts on this site is a combination of research leading up to the writing and my own personal experiences with each subject. Obviously, I am not an expert on everything, but I try my best.
Please forward all grievances, complaints, questions, or concerns to [email protected] or @ShaloBrodkast on Twitter. I greatly appreciate any feedback regarding our posts or website.
